Founded in 2020 by Mohit Prateek (IIT, Bombay) and Rashmi Bala (IIT, Kanpur), Anakin is a Y-Combinator 21-backed team of 50+ members.
The opportunity:
Overview: As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Account Managers and driving data-driven strategies to enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes. This role requires a strong background in data analytics, excellent managerial skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a client-facing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers to ensure exceptional client service and retention.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize client performance and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to align strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics to continuously enhance team capabilities and deliver innovative solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring alignment with team objectives and culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably managing a team of Account Managers or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong background in data analytics, including proficiency in data visualization, and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
