validated psychometric assessments. Whizqiz products have been heavily researched and our

Career Guidance Test has been used across schools both in India and Gulf regions.

Apart from these two major engagements, our core team of psychologists is actively involved

in consulting and counseling for Mental Well-being services.

Role Overview:

The SEO Expert will single-handedly lead all SEO initiatives for Brainberg and its platforms Traitfit &

Whizqiz. This role is critical in driving organic qualified traffic, improving search engine rankings, and enhancing online visibility. The candidate will independently manage keyword research, on- page and off-page SEO implementation & optimization, technical SEO, and performance analysis to achieve business goals in a dynamic digital environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but

not mandatory).

• Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of improving

organic rankings and traffic.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google

Tag Manager SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar) and familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g.,

WordPress).

• Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other SEO certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical

SEO, plus basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value

opportunities and develop targeted SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to ensure

alignment with SEO best practices and improve user experience.

• Off-Page SEO: Build and manage link-building strategies, including outreach, guest posting, and

partnerships to enhance domain authority.

• Technical SEO: Perform website audits to identify and fix technical issues such as broken links,

crawl errors, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.

• Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content,

including blog posts, articles, and landing pages.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google

Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, screaming frog and

provide actionable insights through regular reports.

• Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark

performance, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates (e.g., Google Core

Updates), and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective. Candidates should be able to

integrate AI into their day-to-day activities.

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams to align SEO

efforts with broader business goals.

• Local SEO: Optimize for local search, including managing Google My Business profiles, local

citations, and location-based keywords.

About the Job:

● Mode of Work – On-site

● Working Hours – 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

● Working Days – 5 Days a Week

(Ifthere is a requirement, Saturday might also be working)
