About the Role :


We are looking for a skilled Azure Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics.

- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ensure high-quality, reliable, and efficient data ingestion.

- Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources, including relational databases, NoSQL, and streaming data.

- Implement data storage solutions using Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, and Cosmos DB.

- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance standards are met.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Monitor and troubleshoot production data pipelines and implement performance

optimizations.

- Stay updated with the latest Azure data technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-7 years of experience as a Data Engineer, with strong experience on Azure Data Platform.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, SQL, and Power

BI.

- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and database design.

- Experience with Python, SQL, or Scala for data manipulation and transformation.

- Familiarity with data governance, data security, and compliance standards.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Azure certifications such as Azure Data Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.

- Experience with real-time data streaming solutions using Azure Event Hubs or Kafka.

- Exposure to DevOps practices for data pipeline deployment and monitoring.
