Key Focus Areas:Digital Learning Agenda: Define and drive a global learning strategy tailored to the evolving needs of the Digital Community. For example, identifying the skillsets software engineers need to grow and succeed over time. Role-Based Learning Journeys: Develop structured learning paths for specific roles. Training Design: Contribute to the creation of training programs and educational materials using modern tools and methodologies.Create engaging and effective learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise. Develop templates and guidelines to standardize content creation across teams. Stay up to date with the latest technology standards and trends in digital learning. Manage licenses in current learning platforms (e.g., purchase orders, user assignments, analytics). Maintain relationships with key external learning providers. Act as a point of contact for learning-related discussions. Prepare, facilitate, and actively contribute to initiatives that move the department forward.Do you fit the profile?You come from a background in either digital & IT or HR and have played various roles in the past – such as learning & development specialist, business analyst or project manager.You have worked for several years with design and implementation of learning strategies, creating a compelling learning agenda covering various technologies and soft skills as per organizational needs – using various learning tools and platforms.Your key skills and competencies include: A creative mindset and innovative thinking – ability to deliver the unexpected and think outside the box Excellent stakeholder management skills – at various levels of the organization Excellent communication skills - ability to translate vision into action in a compelling an exciting way Excellent prioritization skills – ensuring value add for Volvo Cars Experience working in global environment, with a diverse culture Experience in various learning tools & platforms Advanced proficiency in Excel, presentation tools and analytics toolsWho you are and what you believe inEmbraces We Culture You are customer focused and have a solution-oriented mindset You excel in collaboration, both with internal and external stakeholders, and are passionate about building a work environment based on trust Curious You are passionate about digital, and you have an interest in staying up to date with new technologies You are self-propelled and have an innovative and creative mindset Agile Mindset You have a strong belief in Agile ways of working especially in accordance with SAFe You are flexible, open to new ideas and have a strong focus on continuous improvement Communication You are an avid communicator, and are fluent in both spoken and written English You can build compelling and interesting presentations supporting your ideas You manage stakeholder expectations at various levels with ease You navigate confidently in a multi-cultural environment
