With a footprint in over 30 countries, NIIT offers training and development solutions to Individuals, Enterprises and Institutions.Roles and Responsibilities:- Design and maintain comprehensive solution decks and program proposals tailored to client requirements and business objectives. - Create and organize the first-level folder structure for client sharing and second-level folders to support call readiness and stakeholder engagement. - Collaborate with the delivery team to develop enablement materials such as success stories, LMS readiness documentation, promotional flyers, and pre-program surveys. - Conduct first-level content reviews to ensure all decks adhere to StackRoute formatting standards and align with the defined program coverage and client expectations. - Participate in pre-sales calls to gather client requirements and contribute to program pitch presentations, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic goals. - Maintain a detailed activity tracker covering all action items from pre-sales through program delivery, capturing insights and progress - Index and archive previous programs to build a centralized database encompassing case studies, learning frameworks, modules, scope definitions, and introspection details. - Perform audits of delivery folders to verify the presence of all pre-program documentation. Validate program playbooks to ensure readiness for seamless program initiation. - Develop standardized first-level questionnaires for stakeholders to accurately capture program requirements and enable effective customization.Education Qualification:Bachelor of Engineering ( Computer Science) or (Master’s preferred).Year's of Experience:5- 10 years of Experience in Solution Designing, Client Management, Pre-sales, IT Services and Consulting.Location: Bengaluru.
