Proactively reach out to users, take their feedback and pass it to the relevant team Ensure timely, accurate and empathetic customer support Track user complaints, follow up until resolution and escalate when necessary Troubleshoot app issues, payment queries or plan-related queries Collaborate with different teams to resolve customer issues at the earliest Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and reduce queries over time.What we're looking for Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi Problem-solving mindset - not just answering but resolving Empathetic and a people-first approach Patience Ability to manage multiple chats/calls at once We need someone who is self-responsible and self-managed.
