No Mis-selling : At HealthTick, you’ll never be asked to push-sell to people who don't need the product.Roles & ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries via chat, email and phone within minutes. Proactively reach out to users, take their feedback and pass it to the relevant team Ensure timely, accurate and empathetic customer support Track user complaints, follow up until resolution and escalate when necessary Troubleshoot app issues, payment queries or plan-related queries Collaborate with different teams to resolve customer issues at the earliest Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and reduce queries over time.What we're looking for Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi Problem-solving mindset - not just answering but resolving Empathetic and a people-first approach Patience Ability to manage multiple chats/calls at once We need someone who is self-responsible and self-managed. We don't like micromanaging A degree in health health-related field is a bonus but not mandatoryWork Location : NoidaWorking days:6 days a week are working days (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)Date of joining : ImmediateWhat's in it for you?
