Location: Mumbai
Department: Operations
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Receive in-bound calls & emails from customers in order to provide information/ updates as and when required.
- Make outbound calls to Sales Reps and Travel Agents to promote products and services.
- Respond professionally to all calls and queries.
· Resolve Complaints and issues in a timely manner
· Identify and escalate priority issues
· Keep records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the process.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotional offers, and industry trends.
· Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes
· Co-ordinate with other departments to resolve customer queries and fulfil needs
· Documentation of cases on the Portal and other efficiently use tools like – Word, Power Point and Excel
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
· Familiarity with office software and phone systems
· Prior experience as a travel consultant, travel agent, or Insurance Agent
· Worked with an insurance company / insurance broker in a similar role

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Personable and attentive
· Experience in Customer Service Field, Call Center
· Confident with Phone Inquiries
