Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at The Pant Project. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations and assistance.
Please note: This is a Mumbai based work from an office job, mainly handling customer calls & chats.
Salary range: Upto 5 LPA as per previous experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a positive customer experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the fashion industry and trends
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
