Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Business Central Developer with 5-7 years of expertise in customizations, client onboarding, and providing comprehensive solutions to clients in the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, setting up environments, and offering training and support to clients to optimize their use of the system.

Key Responsibilities :


1. Development & Customization :


- Customize and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based on client-specific needs, focusing on manufacturing sector solutions.


- Implement and enhance Business Central features to meet client requirements.


2. Client Onboarding & Training :


- Lead the onboarding process for new clients to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.


- Train clients on Business Central functionalities and guide them in using the system effectively.


- Conduct client and plant visits to understand their processes and identify areas where Business Central can provide solutions.


3. Environment Setup :


- Set up multiple environments for clients, including Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments.


- Ensure proper configuration and smooth transition between environments.


4. Client Engagement & Plant Visits :


- Engage directly with manufacturing clients to understand their operational processes.


- Conduct on-site visits to client plants, assess their specific needs, and customize Business Central functionalities to meet their requirements.


5. Process Improvement :


- Provide insights into client processes and recommend solutions to optimize their operations using Business Central.


- Work closely with clients to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.


7. Collaboration :


- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other technical teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.


- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure Business Central is aligned with overall business objectives.


Required Qualifications :


- 5 to 7 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV).


- Proven track record of customizing and implementing Business Central for manufacturing clients.


- Experience in onboarding clients to Business Central and offering end-to-end training.


- Familiarity with setting up environments including Sandbox, UAT, and Production.


- Strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes and how to map them within Business Central.


- Experience conducting client or customer plant visits for solution implementation and training.


- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide process optimization (ref:hirist.tech)
