Key Responsibilities:- Own CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, upsell, win-back, and loyalty.- Manage customer segmentation and automated journeys using CRM platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngage, or Braze.- Define and improve retention KPIs including churn rate, repeat purchase rate, lifetime value (LTV), and overall engagement.- Design, run, and analyze A/B experiments to optimize messaging, journeys, and campaign performance.- Conduct cohort analysis to understand customer behavior and drive targeted 2- 5 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related fields.- Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, WebEngage, HubSpot, or similar).- Strong analytical skills with expertise in A/B testing, segmentation, and cohort analysis.- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and behavior-driven marketing (ref:iimjobs.com)
