Job Title : Manager - US Recruitment (Corporate Hiring)Location: Bangalore, IndiaWork Model: WFO ( post 10 pm can login from home, female candidate) Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)Experience Required : 7- 10 years in US recruitment, IC RoleWe are seeking a seasoned US Recruiter at Manager level to source for corporate hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level corporate/functional roles (Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, etc.) aThis role requires working closely with US stakeholders, hiring managers, and internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality talent within defined SLAs.Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Recruitment Management for corporate roles (non-IT) across the US region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.- Liaise with US stakeholders and hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure hiring timelines are met.- Drive recruitment metrics and reporting, ensuring KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and pipeline health are consistently achieved.- Implement process improvements, automation tools, and recruitment best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.- Ensure compliance with US employment laws, EEO guidelines, and company policies during the recruitment process.- Provide market intelligence and talent mapping insights to inform sourcing strategies and workforce planning.Required Skills & Experience:- 7-10 years of experience in US recruitment, - Demonstrated expertise in corporate hiring (Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, etc.) in the US market.- Strong experience in US hiring practices, including familiarity with US employment laws, visa types, and recruitment compliance.- Hands-on experience with ATS tools, job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice), and Boolean sourcing techniques.- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; experience working directly with US clients or internal business units.- Proven ability to manage high volumes while maintaining a focus on quality and candidate experience.- Data-driven and metrics-focused mindset.
