As a Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of creative professionals, including copywriters, designers, and a photographer/videographer. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong client relationships, strategizing monthly calendars, overseeing project execution, and ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality work. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing timelines, and a keen eye for strategic planning. ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives, and building strong relationships.Have a strong understanding of Meta business suite/ad managerCollaborate with clients to develop strategic marketing and communication plans aligned with their goals.Lead a team consisting of copywriters, designers, and a photographer/videographer, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure successful project execution.Strategize and create monthly content calendars, considering client requirements, campaign objectives, and target audience.Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling and engaging content across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.Conduct regular project status meetings with the team, ensuring clarity on project requirements, goals, and expectations while providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Stay updated with the latest design and content trends, and guide the team in incorporating them into client projects.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, identifying opportunities for growth and development.Keep abreast of the competitive landscape and industry trends, sharing relevant insights with clients and the internal team.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Ideal if you have experience in account management, preferably in an advertising agency or creative services environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and develop effective marketing and communication strategies.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Patience and resilience to adapt to changing timelines and client needs, while ensuring efficient execution of work.
