With products ranging from analytics to gold, savings, investments, and credit, were growing fast and expanding across the GCC.The Role:We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and dashboarding. The ideal candidate will help drive financial insights, support business decisions, and strengthen financial governance across the organization.Job Description:- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis.- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, financial statements, and performance analytics.- Build and manage FP&A dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/Sheets) for real-time financial visibility.- Support tax, statutory compliance, and audit requirements from a finance standpoint.- Manage vendor finance processes-invoice tracking, payment coordination, and contract compliance.- Partner with procurement to optimize costs and ensure accurate financial controls.- Provide data-driven insights to leadership for strategic and operational decisions.- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and cross-functional requests.Experience and qualifications:- 3 to 6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, reporting, or related finance roles.- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, compliance & tax fundamentals.- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, models).- Experience with dashboarding tools (Power BI/Tableau/Data Studio).- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.- Bonus: Experience with vendor finance/procurement processes, ERP systems, and exposure to fast-paced environments (tech/startups).Why join Sav?- Be part of a mission-driven fintech scaling across the GCC.- Work alongside a passionate and visionary leadership team.- A flat, fast-paced, no-drama culture with high ownership and high trust- Work alongside a globally distributed team of experienced builders (ref:iimjobs.com)
