About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Frontend Lead to join our team in Gurugram.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and motivating our frontend developers to deliver innovative and user-friendly web applications.

You will wear multiple hats, leading the team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing your own technical expertise to Lead and manage a team of frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Set project goals, assign tasks, and delegate effectively to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

- Champion best practices in frontend development, including code quality, maintainability, and adherence to UI/UX guidelines.

- Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to translate requirements into high-fidelity frontend experiences.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them grow their skills and knowledge.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Effectively communicate project progress and technical details to stakeholders, including 8+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.

- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating a development team.

- In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with popular frontend frameworks and libraries is a plus.

- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
