Job Description : TAVS Tech Cyber Security EngineerLocation : Pune (Hybrid Work Model)Experience Required : 10+ YearsRole Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled TAVS Tech Cyber Security Engineer with over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, application security, and enterprise system protection.The role requires strong expertise in Go, C#, and HashiCorp Vaulting along with proven experience in securing Tier-1 enterprise applications.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, vaulting solutions, and secure software development practices.Key Responsibilities : - Design, implement, and manage robust cybersecurity solutions for enterprise-grade applications.- Develop secure applications and services using Go and C#.- Implement and manage HashiCorp Vaulting (or equivalent) for secure secret management and access control.- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and penetration testing for critical applications.- Ensure security of Tier-1 critical applications with high availability and compliance standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce cybersecurity best practices and governance.- Automate security controls and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.- Work closely with stakeholders to design and maintain a secure enterprise ecosystem.- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 10+ years of proven experience in cybersecurity and enterprise software development.- Strong programming expertise in Go (Golang) and C#.- In-depth knowledge of HashiCorp Vaulting or similar vaulting technologies.- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments and managing Tier-1 critical applications.- Solid understanding of application security, encryption, access control, and secure authentication.- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation in secure environments.- Strong problem-solving ability to resolve complex cybersecurity and scalability challenges.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
