Job Title: Cyber Security Engineer / Specialist

Experience: 10–13 years (Relevant: 7–8 years)

Location: Pune – SP / Bangalore (Hybrid)Client: Vodafone

Shift Timing: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM IST (Fixed Shift)

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Specialist with deep technical expertise in securing enterprise and telecom environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in network security, secure design principles, and risk management, along with the ability to interpret and analyze complex architectural documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and implement Secure by Design principles across projects and systems.
  • Evaluate, interpret, and analyze High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
  • Ensure robust network security, including VPN configuration, encryption, firewall management, and secure connectivity.
  • Apply in-depth understanding of network topologies, protocols, and telecom architecture to ensure secure network operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with security standards and timely delivery of security requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment with global security policies and standards.

Must Have Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Secure by Design principles.
  • Deep knowledge of network security, including VPNs, encryption, firewalls, routing, and user access management.
  • Familiarity with telecom network topologies, architectures, and protocols.
  • Proficiency in analyzing HLDs, LLDs, and architecture diagrams.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and vendor management practices.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP or CompTIA Security+.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹2,200,000.00 per year
