Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer located in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing AI models and algorithms, conducting research in AI and machine learning, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and related technologies. The engineer will also contribute to the enhancement of the BHARC PLATFORM by integrating intelligent solutions and ensuring optimal system performance. Qualifications Strong understanding of Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks Expertise in Computer Science and Software Development Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking Ability to work independently and in a team Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field Experience in the research and innovation sector is a plus Roles and Responsibilities: 1.Collaborate on Project Tasks Assist in designing, developing, and testing project components. Work under the guidance of senior engineers or project leads to learn best practices. 2.Research and Documentation Conduct research on relevant technologies or methodologies. Document findings, processes, and project progress regularly. 3.Problem-Solving and Innovation Contribute fresh ideas and solutions to improve project outcomes. Take part in brainstorming sessions and team discussions. 4.Learning and Skill Enhancement Show initiative in learning new tools, frameworks, or processes. Seek feedback from mentors and proactively work on personal development
