Join us and be part of the future of financial services technologyJob DescriptionAs a Product Support Engineer - L2 at Signzy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the system by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. This role involves working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to provide high-quality support, ensuring compliance and security in financial transactions.RequiredAPI understanding Knows how to work with APIs, Post API, Get API make API curls when requiredAble to handle client issues and document them in fast paced setup Knows how to use Postman properly Understand client issues and communicate well with them.Good to haveNode js understanding, Good to have Basic system understanding, CS background preferred Able to work from office in hybrid at leastResponsibilitiesPerform prelim analysis by hitting APIs and understanding the issue with flow before involving dev team Document issues / findings and work with devs to get it resolved.This is your opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the financial services industry and play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and security of financial transactions across the globe.
