Job Title: Cosmetic Merchandiser Junior.Job SummaryThe Cosmetic Merchandiser is responsible for presenting beauty and skincare products in an appealing, brand-consistent way to maximize sales and elevate the customer shopping experience. This role ensures cosmetic displays are clean, well-stocked, visually attractive, and compliant with company and brand guidelines. The merchandiser works with store teams, beauty advisors, and brand representatives to support product launches, promotions, and inventory accuracy.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Set up and maintain cosmetic displays, testers, and signage according to brand standards.• Ensure shelves and gondolas are fully stocked, clean, and organised.• Monitor product testers for hygiene and replace them as needed.• Execute promotional setups, planograms, seasonal resets, and new product launches.• Inspect products for damage, leakage, or expired items and remove them promptly.• Track inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.• Evaluate product performance and customer engagement, providing feedback to supervisors.• Build positive relationships with store staff and beauty consultants.• Maintain knowledge of current beauty trends, brand updates, and competitive activity.• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.________________________________________Qualifications• High school diploma or equivalent; beauty-related education is a plus.• Experience in beauty retail, merchandising, or cosmetics sales preferred.• Strong eye for detail and understanding of visual presentation.• Knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty products.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.• Physically able to lift and arrange products as needed.________________________________________Key Skills• Visual merchandising• Product knowledge (makeup, skincare, fragrance)• Customer service• Inventory management• Trend awareness• Cleanliness and hygiene focus• Creativity and attention to detail________________________________________Work Environment• Beauty stores, pharmacies, retail chains, or department stores• Frequent standing, product handling, and store travelHow to Apply:Please share your cv at padmaja.pattanaik@hokmakeup.com
