Associate Director – Financial Planning & Analysis

This role is for the FP&A Insight Delivery Center-India (IDT). The candidate will be responsible for building out and managing a team dedicated to providing consistent and exemplary service to the MMC FP&A teams across the globe. These critical roles embrace multiple tasks including standardization and automation of activities, centralizing reporting and improving data quality, to drive better outcomes, coverage for the Head of IDT-India. The successful candidate should have a proactive and flexible working style, with excellent organizational skills and proven track record.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Finance Partner to join our team. As a Business Finance Partner, you will play a crucial role in managing global stakeholders and providing strategic financial guidance to support our organization's growth and success.

We will count on you for:

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders, including senior executives, business leaders, and external partners. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their financial needs and provide proactive financial insights and recommendations.

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate to lead the financial planning and analysis process- including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Provide accurate and timely financial reports, analysis, and insights to support decision-making.

• Regional Consolidation: Management Finance book consolidation at Business & Region level, Monthly result review including Report template modeling. Partner with segment, practice & business development leaders on understanding and management of the client level financial results. Develop a deep understanding of the businesses to effectively manage the quality of team deliverables.

• Strategic Partnership with controllership and country teams to identify synergies across, together with the regional team design and establish MMC reporting requirements, Maintain a credible, proactive, responsive, and service focused relationship with business leaders and finance teams.

• Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal processes & policies, and implement effective controls to maintain high work quality standards.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets and benchmarks. Identify areas of improvement and work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and drive financial performance optimization.

• Adhoc requirements: · Assisting the country and regional CFO on adhoc improvement projects (accruals, CRA, DRO, etc.); Support where required on any M&A activity.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, ensure timely and accurate business/financial reports (maintain KPI-SLA score of 99%) and plans to increase financial transparency in management reporting and business line performance.

• Supporting IDT-India: Translate data & analytics into executive level presentations, participate in IDT wide projects & initiatives, develop an understanding of MMC systems, technology and tools - to advance the use of relevant BI reporting systems such as Power BI and Qlik, Manage & grow the IDT-India team with a vision to become best in class.

What you need to have:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree in Finance is preferred.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with a focus on business finance partnership and stakeholder management. Proven track record of successfully managing global stakeholders and providing strategic financial guidance.

• Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and provide financial insights and recommendations to support business strategies and initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Communication and Influencing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior executives and business leaders.

• Act independently to represent Finance on cross-functional management teams to ensure that maximum leverage and efficiencies are delivered to the business.

• Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team. Proven ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Global Mindset: Experience working in a global organization and managing stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds. Ability to navigate and thrive in a complex and dynamic global business environment.
