The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise inHR Business Partnering (HRBP) ,Compensation & Benefits,HR Operations , andTalent Acquisitionwithin a high-growth, technology-driven environment.Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership:Partner with the leadership team to design and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives. HR Business Partnering:Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, driving workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement. Compensation & Benefits:Develop and manage competitive and equitable compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Talent Acquisition:Lead end-to-end hiring strategies to build a high-performing workforce; collaborate with hiring managers to ensure strong talent pipelines. HR Operations:Oversee and optimize HR processes, policies, and systems to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency. Culture & Engagement:Foster a strong, inclusive culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.Key Requirements 10–15 years of progressive HR experience Proven experience inSaaS ,technology , orproduct-basedorganizations. Strong command overHRBP ,Compensation & Benefits ,HR Operations , andTalent Acquisitionfunctions. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute preferred.
