The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR Business Partnering (HRBP), Compensation & Benefits , HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition within a high-growth, technology-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership: Partner with the leadership team to design and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.HR Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders, driving workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.Compensation & Benefits: Develop and manage competitive and equitable compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end hiring strategies to build a high-performing workforce; collaborate with hiring managers to ensure strong talent pipelines.HR Operations: Oversee and optimize HR processes, policies, and systems to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency.Culture & Engagement: Foster a strong, inclusive culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.Key Requirements10–15 years of progressive HR experienceProven experience in SaaS, technology, or product-based organizations.Strong command over HRBP, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition functions.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute preferred.
