Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions tailored to meet client needs.
  • Customize CPQ processes, workflows, and rules to automate quoting and pricing processes.
  • Integrate CPQ with other Salesforce modules, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Provide guidance and best practices on CPQ implementation and optimization.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders on CPQ functionality and usage.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to deliver successful CPQ projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
