Position Overview

The Salesforce BusinessAnalyst/System Adminwill be responsible forday-to-day activities related to effectively creating, maintaining andsupporting CRM related business processes, systems and documenting businessrequirements for the given service area. The Salesforce Business Analyst/SystemAdminmust be able tocommunicate equally with business owners, users, and IT professionals.Candidates must have a solid understanding of Salesforce CPQ Revenue Cloud administrationand customer service-oriented business process concepts and techniques as wellas the ability to document business needs through business requirements thatwill ultimately drive technical solutions. This role will serve as facilitator,analyst, problem solver and Salesforce administrator. Excellent analyticalskills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment areessential, as are outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. He/shewill align with global, division and business unit strategies and businessrequirements.

Thisposition reports to the Sr. Manager, IT Applications Development.Primary business interactions include:

a.SFDC CRM team members

b.Key business stakeholders

c.DI SW infrastructure teams (as needed)

d.Other CRM vendors and service/solution providers

Responsibilities

Coordinate and interface with the CRM Team and Product Owners to understand, refine and help document solutions for business requirements in the form of User Stories Participate in solutioning and implementing Salesforce Revenue Cloud with particular emphasis on the Billing components Analyze business requests, asking important and relevant questions to ensure solutions meet the requirements and do not cause other impacts Participate in scoping, planning, prioritization,and requirements activities in coordination with Product Owners, SolutionManagers, Developers, and Business Owners on Enhancement/Change Requests Drive continuous improvement withinexisting sales applications and processes and formulate solutions to supportnew business initiatives Implement business/technical solutions inSalesforce within given timeframes Work closely with Developers,Infrastructure groups and other Support teams on day-to-day application relatedissues following SLA standards Support testing of enhancements, new SFDCreleases, and interfaces as needed

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, andExperience

·Undergraduate degreein IT, computer science, or related field

·5+ years ofexperience with Salesforce.com System Administration

·Possess a solidunderstanding and experience administering Salesforce CPQ Revenue Cloud

·2+ years ofexperience working in Agile/Scrum development environment using Sprints todeliver minimum viable products (MVP)

·Must be a flexibleand creative individual capable of supporting multiple priorities and projectsin a fast paced, often ambiguous, and diverse environment

·Strong business processimprovement skills; process mapping, problem identification, application ofbest practices and standards

·Good verbal andwritten communication skills; ability to deliver complex concepts throughabstract models and presentations

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, andExperience

·Salesforce.comSystem Administrator Certification

·Salesforce CPQRevenue Cloud experience and/or certification

·Copado or similardeployment tool expertise

·Experience with Agile tools (Jira,Polarion, etc.)

·Understanding ofbusiness data management and modelling

·Leadership,planning, and execution skills
