Job Title: Head of Growth


Job Overview

Role will be responsible for user and revenue growth at the startup by developing marketing strategies (performance, organic, offline), building the brand and building affiliate partnerships, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels.

The role will require working closely with the marketing managers, sales & BD teams, content

team, digital team, product team, design team, compliance & legal teams, to ensure all marketing campaigns are in alignment with the growth targets and core brand message. Role focuses on marketing and branding activities for acquisition of consumers across India

market.


Responsibilities and Duties

● Collaborating with senior team members across all departments to uncover insights and create innovative marketing and growth strategies for driving user and revenue growth.

● Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.

● Consistently identifying new or expanded revenue opportunities and strategizing the implementation of plans.

● Conception, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts and promotional programmes to drive brand, product awareness and product conversions.

● Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Organic & SEO, Digital, Social Media, Advertising, Communications and Creative.

● Building and managing affiliates partnerships for generating leads and customers for core products.

● Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)

● Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

● Setting, monitoring and reporting on company, team targets


Qualifications:

● Education level– Tier 1/Tier 2 MBA preferred.

● 8-15yrs. of total experience in marketing, 2-4 yrs. experience as Head/VP of Marketing, preferable if the experience is in B2C industry.

● Have worked during 0 to 1 Startup phase, build teams from scratch, worked on tighter budgets.

● Have experience in content marketing, organic & SEO marketing, performance marketing, brand marketing, funnel conversion rate optimizations, building affiliate partnerships.

● Familiar with setting up CRM tools; familiar with performance marketing tools, solid knowledge with Adwords, web analytics, setting up marketing tech stack and conversion attribution.
