Key Responsibilities:Operations & Production Supervision- Monitor daily kitchen/site operations to ensure timely food preparation and dispatch. - Coordinate with production teams to maintain workflow and meet order timelines. - Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (FSSAI & internal SOPs). - Oversee inventory levels and support procurement requirements.Team & Manpower Management- Supervise kitchen staff, helpers, and production crew during shifts. - Manage shift scheduling, attendance, and task allocations. - Conduct on-ground training for staff on hygiene, safety, and operational guidelines. - Resolve on-site workforce issues and escalate as needed.Quality, Hygiene & Safety Compliance- Ensure strict adherence to personal hygiene, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness. - Conduct routine checks for kitchen equipment, food storage temperatures, and safety protocols. - Report any non-compliance, equipment breakdowns, or hazards immediately.Client & Coordination- Coordinate with clients/customers regarding daily requirements and feedback. - Maintain effective communication with the central kitchen, logistics, supervisors, and management. - Handle customer concerns promptly and ensure service quality.Documentation & Reporting- Maintain daily reports for production, dispatch, manpower, and wastage. - Handle documentation related to stock, delivery records, and compliance audits. - Update management on daily operations, issues, and process improvements.
