Job Overview:


We are growing our team and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Chat Support division. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in real-time customer interactions, providing prompt, professional, and empathetic assistance through online chat platforms.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers via web chat and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide service information.
  • Offer prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer queries.
  • Work during the night shift hours to support our global customer base.
  • Maintain a high level of alertness and attentiveness during the night hours.
  • Collaborate with customers across various chat platforms to deliver consistent and effective support.
  • Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our services to provide detailed and relevant information to customers.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide step-by-step guidance.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
  • Provide insights and feedback on common customer issues.
  • Prior experience in handling U.S. and Canadian customer support, including voice and chat processes, is a must.
  • Preferably trained under U.S. or Canada-based Team Lead/Trainer.


Requirements:


  • Must have 2-3 years of previous experience in customer service, with a focus on chat support.
  • Ability to work during the night shift hours, including weekends.
  • Should have working knowledge of the Freshchat platform, or Live Chat or Zendesk or Intercom or Freshdesk
  • Must have proficiency in written English.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.
