In this role, you’ll blend strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to optimize, integrate, and scale our ERP ecosystem. You should be passionate about delivering results, unafraid to take ownership, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP B1 Implementation & Optimization Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements. Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs.Techno-Functional Leadership Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.Process Improvement & AutomationIdentify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.System Integrations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management). Ensure data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.Ownership & Mentorship Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks. Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.Troubleshooting & Support Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Background BTech/MTech, BCA/MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges . Top 20 percentile in academics (preferred).Experience 4–7 yearsof hands-on experience inSAP B1techno-functional roles. Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.Technical Proficiency Strong understanding ofSAP B1modules, configurations, and development (e.g., SDK, Crystal Reports). Familiarity withAWS ,MS Office , and other related technologies. Experience with systems integration, web services, and data migration is a plus.Soft Skills High Ownership & Hustle : Proactive and accountable, with a “get-it-done” mindset. Problem-Solving Aptitude : Able to analyze complex business challenges and architect efficient solutions.
