Key Responsibilities:

  • Ecosystem Research and Outreach:
  • Identify and engage potential partners, collaborators, and stakeholders to expand and strengthen the comapny's ecosystem.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for collaboration.
  • Initiate and maintain communication with existing and prospective partners to build mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Create and maintain an up-to-date ecosystem map, outlining key d’apps, oracles, DEX & CEX partners, advisors and other players in the comapny's Ecosystem.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities within the ecosystem, suggesting strategies for growth and enhancement.


Program Development Support:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement ecosystem programs, events, and initiatives that align with Redbelly's strategic goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for program improvements based on community and partner feedback.


Communication and Meeting Facilitation:

  • Coordinate and facilitate both internal and external meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage follow-up tasks and action items arising from meetings, ensuring timely completion and accountability.



Node Operator and Partner Onboarding:

  • Work closely with technical teams to onboard node operators and key partners, ensuring a smooth integration into the comapny's ecosystem.
  • Provide necessary training and support to ensure successful participation.


Customer and Partner Presentations:

  • Create compelling and impactful presentations for customers and partners, showcasing the value and benefits of the blockchain ecosystem.
  • Provide support during presentations and engage in discussions to address queries and concerns.


Community Engagement:

  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the community's interests and needs.
  • Curate relevant content, such as articles, blog posts, videos, and infographics, to share with the community.
  • Educate community members about the blockchain technology, Redbelly's offerings, and the benefits of participation in the ecosystem.
  • Act as a conduit between the community, our Moderators, Ambassadors and Redbelly, collecting valuable feedback and insights from community members.
  • Share feedback with relevant internal teams to drive product improvements and strategic decisions.
  • Assist to organise and participate in community events, both online and offline, to promote networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among community members.
  • Monitor and analyse community engagement metrics, such as user activity, growth rates, and sentiment.
  • Use data insights to refine community strategies and enhance engagement efforts.
  • Explore opportunities to expand the community presence across different platforms and channels, adapting to the evolving needs and preferences of community members.
  • Community team performance monitoring and engagement (Moderators and Ambassadors):
  • ensure engagement is moving forward by all the community team; that they are initiating and participating in discussions on social media platforms, forums, and other relevant channels.
  • ensure the team establishes and communicates community guidelines to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment for all community members.
  • ensure the team is enforcing guidelines and moderating discussions to maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Respond to comments, inquiries, and feedback from team and community members in a timely and meaningful manner when required.


Community Marketing:

  • Content Creation (Outside of Campaigns):
  • Develop engaging and informative content for social media platforms, including announcements, updates, and other community-related content.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing graphics to enhance marketing materials and craft engaging captions and messaging for various marketing assets.
  • Monitor social media interactions and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop, curate, and manage content for the monthly newsletter.
  • Assist in creating the Month-In-Review summary to highlight key achievements and updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine content aligned with company goals.



QUALIFICATIONS


Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in partnership management, community building, or business development within the blockchain or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralised systems, and the broader cryptocurrency landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation, graphic design, and caption writing.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with newsletter creation and distribution platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage website updates and blog schedules.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimisation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for agency communication and collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
