Job Title : Data Engineer.

Location : Viman Nagar, Pune.

Experience Required : 3+ Years.

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our dynamic team.

You will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure necessary for efficient data processing and storage.

Your expertise will help our organization transform raw data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Data Pipeline Development : Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines to process large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

- ETL Processes : Build and optimize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for data ingestion and transformation.

- Database Management : Manage and optimize large-scale relational and non-relational databases.

- Data Integration : Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to integrate data from diverse sources into a unified system.

- Performance Optimization : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in data workflows and systems.

- Data Governance : Implement best practices for data security, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Monitor data infrastructure and pipelines, ensuring timely issue resolution.

Skills and Qualifications :

Education :


- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala.

- Strong experience with SQL and database technologies (e.g, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or Flink.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (e.g, S3,.Redshift, BigQuery).

- Experience with data orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or Luigi.

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g, Docker,.Kubernetes).

- Data Modeling : Expertise in data modeling and designing schemas for analytics.

- Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data systems.

- Soft Skills : Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in cloud platforms (e.g, AWS Certified Data Analytics).

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g, Tableau, Power BI).

- Knowledge of machine learning workflows and integration.
