Recruitment Specialist - Vadodara, India (Onsite | PST Shift)Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: PST / U.S. Time Zone Start Date: ImmediateAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in end-to-end recruitment, and is familiar with employment and recruitment-related regulations applicable in Vadodara/Gujarat. You will play a key role in supporting U.S.-based operations by sourcing, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring full compliance with local hiring laws.This is an onsite position designed for someone who can collaborate closely with internal teams, communicate effectively across time zones, and take ownership of critical hiring pipelines.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding coordination.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for a variety of U.S.-linked roles.Conduct job posting activities, candidate outreach, social sourcing, and recruitment marketing.Ensure compliance with Vadodara/Gujarat labor and hiring laws when engaging with local candidates.Partner with hiring managers (U.S. and India) to refine job requirements and selection criteria.Prepare and maintain accurate candidate records, reports, and hiring documentation.Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate applicants using structured assessments and competency-based techniques.Coordinate pre-employment requirements and ensure smooth onboarding handoff.Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools, and strategies.Represent the company professionally to provide an excellent candidate experience.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and Psychology2+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.Strong working knowledge of employment practices and hiring regulations in Vadodara/Gujarat.Experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles or working in a U.S. time zone is an advantage.Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - in English.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and job boards.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.Ability to work fully onsite and commit to a PST schedule.Driven, adaptable, and comfortable working with fast-moving expectations.Why Join Us?You’ll be part of a growing team where your expertise in talent acquisition has a direct and visible impact.
