The Management Trainee will assist in various HR functions, including HR management, HR policy implementation, employee benefits administration, and personnel management. They will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment and selection processes, and providing support in employee engagement and development activities.Qualifications- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management - Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits - Experience in Personnel Management - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plusCompensation: ₹10k-₹15k per Month CTC + performance-based IncentivesKey Responsibilities1. Human Resource (HR)- Support in recruitment — posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires. - Maintain employee data, attendance, and leave records. - Help prepare HR letters, forms, and documents. - Assist in planning employee engagement and training activities. - Support in creating HR policies, reports, and presentations. - Help monitor performance sheets and KPI trackers.2. Marketing & Branding- Assist in executing Finocontrol’s social media plan across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. - Help design and post content like event updates, student success stories, and creative campaigns. - Support in preparing brochures, posters, and presentations for programs and client projects. - Research colleges, schools, and corporate partners for outreach and collaborations. - Assist in creating and maintaining contact lists for partnerships and lead generation. - Collect and organize testimonials, photos, and videos for marketing use.3. Events & Communication- Help organize webinars, MoU events, and institutional visits. - Coordinate logistics, invitations, and reporting for events. - Support internal events like Foundation Day, awards, and team activities. - Prepare short reports or summaries after events and campaigns.4. Reporting & Coordination- Maintain daily and weekly work reports. - Coordinate with design, content, and operations teams for assigned tasks. - Communicate updates regularly to reporting managers. - Support the Founder’s Office with HR and marketing data when required.
