Role Overview: The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR policies, employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance activities. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding:- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding).- Facilitate smooth induction and orientation of new employees. HR Operations & Employee Relations:- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.- Address employee queries and grievances promptly and professionally.- Support in performance management and appraisal process.- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR compliance. Payroll & Statutory Compliance:- Assist in monthly payroll processing and coordinate with finance.- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc. Learning & Development:- Support in planning and executing employee training programs.- Track participation and evaluate training effectiveness. Engagement & Culture:- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team events.- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. ISO & Documentation Support:- Maintain HR documentation aligned with ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, and 27001 requirements.- Support internal and external audit processes. Qualification and Skills: - Bachelor's degree or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.- 3+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or tech setup.- Knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and payroll processes.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools ( greytHR preferred).- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
