About the Role We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Leadwith 5-10 years experience in strong background in backend development and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will mentor developers, design scalable and maintainable systems, and drive high-level architectural decisions in a fast-paced financial services environment.Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions. Define and implement solution architecture and enterprise architecture aligned with financial services standards. Oversee sprint planning, manage cross-functional teams, and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices. Design and develop distributed systems and event-driven architectures. Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions usingKeycloak . Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Required Skills: Proficiency inJava ,Spring Boot , andMicroservicesdevelopment. Strong knowledge ofObject-Oriented Programming (OOP)principles. Experience withAPI DevelopmentandRedis . Architecture Knowledge:Familiarity with solution and enterprise architecture in financial services. Leadership:Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage sprints, and mentor developers. Specialized Experience:Designing and implementing IAM solutions usingKeycloak . Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-level design principles.
