With the collective resources of over 1,200 associates covering the full spectrum of IT expertise, we anticipate and meet the unique needs of our clients, consistently delivering exceptional quality that exceeds expectations.Job Summary:Client is looking for Sr. Workday Integration developer and this is Hybrid position from BengaluruResponsibilities:Provide support for Workday HR system with a focus on business processes and application support activities including release management, configuration, security, and optimization.Design, build, test and deploy Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio and BIRT reporting.Ability to help resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solutionDemonstrated integration experience in Human Resources related domains, (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.).Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors to ensure the timelines and deadlines are metProvide documentation and artifacts required for each phase of the development life cycleDevelop test cases and peer review code of other developersProvide production support and respond to issues and incidents in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with technical best practices, standards and policiesTrain other junior resources to support Workday integrationsDevelop and modify reports to help the business in their metric and analytical needs for decision making.Evaluate the impact of changes or updates that Workday delivers.Understand, document and communicate impact of configuration changes to global business processes and system usersConduct quality assurance & integration testing to ensure all business requirements have been metAssist with project management and tracking; regular meetings with clients/users and engineers, create test plans, project plans, implementation plans and track project through SDLC life cycleExcellent time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritizeRequired Skills and Experience:5+ years of HR Information System Management experience; Workday HR system knowledge, process, procedure and best practices5+ years of global experience implementing and supporting HCM applications; desired areas of expertise include Core HCM (Onboarding, Hire, Termination, Change Job, Compensation), Advanced Compensation, Talent, Performance, Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll2+ years of experience with Workday Integration types including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio2+ years of experience creating Workday BIRT, custom reports and calculated fields2+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendorsGood understanding of Workday security2+ years of experience configuring Workday Integrations, XPATH Xslt Transformations etc.XML File Transformation KnowledgeiPaaS platform experience a plus; Dell Boomi preferredHighly motivated individual with good customer relationship & support skillsAbility to learn new technology and concepts quickly with excellent analytical/technical aptitudeAbility to multi-task easily and juggle priorities in a fast-paced environmentAssist business in determining a tactical approach on the existing application which needs to be enhanced Code deployment and coordinating release validationMust be a skilled communicator, with well-developed verbal, written and presentation abilityExcellent interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsExperience facilitating and tracking testing sessions (SIT, UAT, etc.)End to end implementation experience including project management, issue management, communication and change management.Day-to-day production support of live Workday environment a plusAbility to maintain confidentiality a mustProficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project; SharePoint, Outlook)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalentUS hours is requiredWhy System Soft Technologies?At System Soft Technologies, we are united by diversity, inclusion, transparency, respect, integrity, and a deep passion for our clients and team members.
