About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Technical Specialist with expertise in Workday Extend, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations to meet the complex needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement custom applications using Workday Extend, addressing unique business requirements and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and various external systems (e.g. financial platforms) to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and seamless user experience.
  • Build tailored applications within Workday Extend, optimizing business processes and expanding the platform's capabilities to support specialized operational needs.
  • Lead end-to-end integration projects from requirements gathering to design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring smooth and timely delivery with high stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in Workday integration and application development, with proven experience using Workday Extend.
  • Proficient in Workday Studio, Workday Extend, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Advanced skills in scripting languages (e.g., JSON, XML) and the ability to design complex, scalable workflows within Workday Extend.
