Hi, We are looking for CRM Technical Candidates. Year of experience 13-18 years Location :- Noida Key Responsibilities: Project Management: o Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Microsoft suite solutions (D365 CRM, Power Platform, etc.) o Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget o Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies Technical & Functional Expertise: o Provide technical leadership and guidance in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2011, 2013, 2015, 2016) and D365 CX o Design and develop solutions using Power Pages, PowerApps, and Power Automate o Ensure solutions meet client requirements and align with best practices Client Engagement: o Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and digital transformation objectives o Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor o Provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive client success Team Leadership: o Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment o Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members o Support professional development and continuous learning within the team Sector Experience: o Lead projects across multiple industries, including Manufacturing, IT/ITeS, BFSI, education, public sector, and construction o Apply industry-specific knowledge to tailor solutions that address unique client challenges Pre-Sales Activities: o Participate in responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), ensuring accurate and comprehensive responses o Conduct scoping sessions to understand client requirements and project feasibility o Perform effort estimation for proposed solutions, providing detailed and realistic project timelines and cost assessments o Collaborate with the sales team to present solutions to clients and address any questions or concerns Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 12-14 years of relevant IT experience, including project management and solution architecture Microsoft certified solution architect in D365 CRM and Power Platform Proven experience in MS Dynamics CRM (2011, 2013, 2015, 2016) and D365 CX Strong technical skills in Power Pages, PowerApps, Power Automate, and related technologies Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to travel as required Regards Suraj Kakade
