Role Description: As a Project Manager - D365 F&O, you will be a leader and strategic thinker, responsible for the end-to-end management of our D365 implementation projects. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project scope, manage resources, and ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics ERP and your project management skills will be crucial for delivering successful projects. Responsibilities : - Run Microsoft AX/D365 F&O mid to large-size implementation projects end to end for local, inbound, and outbound customers. - Determine and define project scope and objectives with the customer alongside the Practice GM. - Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. - Define project milestones and track progress. - Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. - Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. - Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. - Track project costs in order to meet budget. - Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. - - Accountable for project P&L and resource management. - Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. - Responsible for customer outcome and satisfaction. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with clients. - Identify and mitigate project risks. - Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. - Ensure successful project handover and closure. - Provide post-implementation support and address any issues. Qualifications : Experience : - Must have more than 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP. - Must have more than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager. - Proven experience in managing mid to large-scale D365 F&O implementation projects. - Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). - Knowledge of Microsoft AX. - Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. Soft Skills : - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Customer-focused and results-oriented.
