Job Title : Manager - Video ProductionReporting to : AGM - MarketingLocation : Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking for a creative content creator highly skilled in videography, photography and post-production to work to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing video content across various platforms, ensuring our brand's visual identity is maintained and enhanced.● Handle cinematography and editing of video content for various branding films, podcasts, event content, campus life content and more – across formal and informal formats● Have a strong understanding of camera, lenses, audio recording devices, lighting, and other peripheral equipment to create compelling video assets● Design motion graphics for video content● Judiciously determine flow of content, if required, in videos for best audience retention● Benchmark with international and top Indian institutions to craft and execute video strategies● Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets● Stay updated with design trends and video content consumption behavior of audience to ensure best performance of video assets● Stay updated with latest tools and tech for creating visual content● Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality

Qualifications, Experience and Competency requirements● 1- 2 years of experience in cinematography, video editing and animation, preferably in education/ed-tech sector● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects & Other Plugins such as AutoPod) and other design and editing tools● Creative thinker, articulate with high attention to details and aesthetics● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects● Proficiency in English● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Preferred Skills:● Basic copywriting skills● Familiarity with social media and YouTube best practices
