Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Drive the end-to-end video production process, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring brand alignment and innovation.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of videographers, editors, and motion designers, ensuring smooth collaboration and workflow efficiency.
  • Video Production: Oversee the creation of short-form and long-form videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, , etc.), maintaining high production quality.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and integrate motion graphics elements (icons, titles, transitions, infographics) into video content.
  • Content Strategy Alignment: Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to align video content with overall brand strategy.
  • Quality Control: Maintain consistency in visual and storytelling quality across all video outputs.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met effectively.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with emerging trends in video marketing, social media, and motion design to enhance the brand's video strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent tools).
  • Team Leadership & Project Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a creative team while handling multiple projects efficiently.
  • Strong Storytelling Skills: Understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement techniques.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with video formats, encoding, color grading, and basic sound design.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work with marketing teams, content strategists, and designers to create impactful content.
  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Media Production, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in video production, editing, and motion graphics, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
