About:


- We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts across both B2B and B2C sectors within the aviation industry.

- The ideal candidate will focus on developing relationships with flying schools and parents, driving business growth, and expanding our market presence.

- This role requires a deep understanding of the aviation industry, exceptional communication skills, and proven success in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies for both B2B and B2C segments.

- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to guide strategic decisions.

Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with flying schools, parents, and other key stakeholders in the aviation sector.

- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and pitches to promote our services and establish long-term partnerships.

Sales Leadership:

- Lead and mentor the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed objectives.

Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.

- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and industry data to refine offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaboration & Project Management:

- Collaborate with internal departments to align business strategies and enhance service offerings.

- Work with external partners and stakeholders to create mutually beneficial opportunities and lead project-based initiatives.

Reporting & Data Metrics:

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, industry trends, and business development activities to senior management.

- Leverage data analytics to track progress and inform strategic Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the aviation or education sectors.

- Proven track record of managing B2B and B2C sales initiatives.

- Strong knowledge of the aviation market, including flying schools and parental engagement.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
