- This includes developing and implementing collection strategies, monitoring collection processes, ensuring timely payments, maintaining customer relationships, and handling escalated cases.
- The role involves coordinating with the collections team, analyzing performance metrics, and achieving collection targets. The manager will also ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Experience in developing and implementing collection strategies
- Ability to monitor and analyze collection performance metrics
- Proficiency in maintaining customer relationships and handling escalated cases
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and company policies
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
