**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional greeting to ensure a positive branch experience.
- Manage incoming phone calls, answer general inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Assist clients with basic banking inquiries, such as branch services, account information, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring a neat and organized appearance, and provide informational brochures and forms to clients as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks, including managing visitor logs, maintaining records, and assisting with data entry.
- Coordinate with branch staff to support daily operations and address client needs efficiently.
- Ensure security protocols are followed for all visitors and maintain confidentiality of client information.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Undergrad and gradution ; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or front-office roles, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
