We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Swimming Coach to join our sports faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming instruction and a passion for developing students’ skills, confidence, and discipline in the pool.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct structured swimming training sessions for different age groups and skill levels. - Teach proper swimming techniques, safety procedures, and water confidence. - Develop personalized training plans to help students achieve performance goals. - Organize and prepare students for inter-school and intra-school swimming competitions. - Ensure safety protocols and pool maintenance guidelines are strictly followed. - Motivate and mentor students to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and perseverance.Eligibility Criteria:- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in swimming. - Certification in swimming instruction or lifeguarding is preferred. - Strong understanding of stroke mechanics, endurance training, and safety management. - Excellent communication, observation, and motivational skills.Why Join Us:We provide an encouraging and well-equipped environment for sports educators to guide and inspire young athletes.
