Our mission is to deliver efficient, reliable, and customer-centric services across the industry.Role Description We’re looking for energetic Sales Executives to work with insurance agents, brokers, and motor insurance companies to divert and facilitate motor insurance claims to VehicleCare workshops.Role Highlights·Coordinate with insurance agents, brokers, surveyors, and company representatives to drive claimreferrals. Build and maintain strong B2B relationships across the motor insurance ecosystem. ·Support claim assignments through our 1500+ workshop network. ·Ensure smooth coordination between workshop partners and insurance handlers for faster claim processing.Key Responsibilities (KRAs)·Visit insurance companies, brokers, and local insurance offices to procure motor claim leads. ·Regularly meet field executives and partner networks to increase claim inflow. ·Follow up with insurance partners for new claims, pending approvals, and survey requirements. ·Collect and share daily/weekly MIS on leads generated, claims diverted, and closures achieved. ·Expand the VehicleCare brand presence across insurance partners through field interactions. ·Identify new potential insurance partners and onboard them for claim coordination. ·Resolve claim-related queries from customers, workshops, and insurance handlers. ·Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure repeat claim flow.Requirements·1–5 years of experience in motor insurance, auto claims, field sales, or related roles. ·Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ·Ability to work in the field + manage remote coordination. ·Knowledge of motor claim processes (preferred).
