Recruiter - Internal Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:
• Required 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience into IT / Non-IT roles’ across customers in any domain
• In addition, this opportunity requires a demonstrated ability to access and recommend/select qualified applicants based on targeted skills and abilities in a fast- paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, consulting and communication skills are necessary, as well as the ability to build collaborative relationships
• Maintains applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Co-ordinate with candidate during pre - employment checks and serves as the primary contact with third party vendors, as appropriate, to ensure timely and proper facilitation of candidate status.
• Responds to all internal or external recruiting-related inquiries with a sense of urgency, and directs/escalates to the proper source for information and follows up as appropriate
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, including intermediate knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, formatting, basic formulas etc.
Recruitment Process Delivery & Enhancement
• Hire candidates, who have interest to communicate and build careers of people in recruitment / staffing industry.
• With Hybrid work model in the market, you are required to virtually build connections, and relationships with candidates, via phone, video calls, or any mode of social media (Skype, Zoom, Teams, Webex etc.) before processing with internal stakeholders.
• Build relationships and conduct periodic interactions with candidates to gather and generate referral pool in specific roles.
• Execute activities involved in end to end recruitment cycle. Right from understanding the various types of requirements, partnering with business and the hiring managers and execute successful recruitment activities.
• Monitor and manage delivery of recruitment assignments according to the agreed process, SLA’s compliance and legislative requirements ensuring all activities are completed and documented accordingly.
• Ensure ongoing continuous improvement and value add initiatives to improve self and team efficiency. . Proficient with an enterprise applicant tracking systems (ATS),
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Energetic self-starter with the ability to perform in a fast paced environment Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
