Level - Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager Total experience - 3 to 12 years Location - Bangalore/Mumbai/Chennai/Pune/Bhubaneswar Job Title: Mainframe developer Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS). 3+ years of experience in Java development ( Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate). Experience with migration tools and methodologies (e.g., Micro Focus, OpenLegacy, Raincode). Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Prior experience in large-scale enterprise migrations. Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
