You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for top-tierSI clients and implementation partnersacross the US market. This role demands deep knowledge ofVisa Classifications ,US hiring norms , andTalent Sourcing toolslike LinkedIn and Dice.Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment Source, screen, and submit candidates for IT & Non-IT roles based on client requirements. Handle job requisitions specific to your area of expertise (C2C, W2, or Full-Time). Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing → screening → interview → offer → onboarding. Client & Delivery Coordination Supportimplementation partners and SI clientssuch asWipro, Infosys, TechM, TCS , etc. Understand job demands, align with delivery timelines, and coordinate effectively with Account Managers. Candidate Sourcing Leverage job boards such asDice, Monster, CareerBuilder , and tools likeLinkedIn Recruiter . ApplyBoolean, X-ray, social, and advanced search techniquesto identify top talent. Maintain strong pipelines of pre-screened and validated candidates. Compliance & Visa Expertise Deep understanding ofUS work authorization types(H1B, GC, USC, TN, CPT, OPT, EAD). Ensure proper documentation and screening for compliance with US employment norms. Reporting & Metrics Work in atarget-driven environmentwith daily/weekly/monthly submission goals. Maintain accurate data in ATS and recruitment trackers.Must-Have Skills: Specialized expertise inonly one hiring model : C2C / W2 / Full-Time 3–7 years of experience inUS IT recruitment Strong experience working withSI/implementation partners Ability to handleboth IT and Non-IT requirements Deep familiarity withUS hiring norms and visa classifications Expertise in usingsourcing platforms : Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, etc. Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills Proven ability to meet performance metrics in ahigh-pressure, target-driven environmentPreferred Tools & Knowledge: Applicant Tracking Systems (Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva, etc.) Strong understanding of US geography and time zones Familiarity with VMS/MSP environments is a plusWhy Join Us?
