Description :Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain applications using VisionPLUS FAS module.- Work extensively on Mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and CICS.- Perform system analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation based on project requirements.- Support VisionPLUS batch and online processing, including batch windows, after-hours processing, and update cycles.- Utilize authorization simulators for testing and validation.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and system performance.- Use Changeman or Endeavor for version control and deployment management.- Prepare and share daily status reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.- Participate in Agile ceremonies and adhere to SDLC processes.- Ensure timely issue resolution, proactive problem identification, and quality code delivery.- Be flexible to work in shifts as required.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 3- 5 years of hands-on experience in VisionPLUS development, specifically in the FAS module.- Strong development skills in Mainframe technologies : COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and CICS.- Good understanding of VisionPLUS architecture, including both batch and online components.- Familiarity with authorization simulators and after-hours processing concepts.- Working knowledge of REXX and Eazytrieve (preferred).- Experience with Changeman or Endeavor version control tools.- Knowledge of additional VisionPLUS modules such as TRAMS, CTA, or LTS is an advantage.- Solid grasp of SDLC and Agile methodologies.- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
