We are on the lookout for a seasoned and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead a portfolio of B2B and B2C tech products and create new ones grounds up. In this pivotal role, you will guide the strategic direction and development of innovative
software solutions that meet and exceed the evolving needs of our customers. The Senior Product Manager will work cross-functionally with our teams and stakeholders to deliver products that not only meet market demands but also drive our industry forward.

Job Description :

- Product Strategy Development : Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the broader business goals and market opportunities.

- Leadership and Collaboration : Lead cross-functional teams across product, design, and engineering to drive product development from conception to launch.

- Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.

- Customer Engagement : Engage with customers to gather feedback and refine product features and usability in response to their needs and challenges. Performance Monitoring: Oversee the product lifecycle, monitor performance, and make adjustments based on analytical findings and market feedback.

- Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, to keep them informed of progress and decisions on product development.

- Agile Leadership : Drive the Agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery of product features and enhancements.

- Team Development : Mentor and develop a team of product managers and related staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement

Qualification :


- Possess a Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.

- Extensive experience in product management within a technology-driven environment.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful product strategies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using Agile methodologies and familiar with various project management tools.

- A strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset.

- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and evolving work setting
